Hi Penny, nice to find you here. Yes, I would love to get together! I'm in West LA and live near-ish the Getty Center. We could meet at my home and take one car to the Getty so we can split the parking fee! I would also like to invite Ari, another SoCal miniature painter in this forum. It made me chuckle to see myself as VP! My mother writes to my dad like that and always has done as a shorthand for as long as I can remember (I think even when I was so young I wasn't supposed to understand - they would say stuff like should we have P-I-Z-Z-A when they thought I couldn't spell!). It feels really intimate and I like it, MY! ;-) hehe. Topical too as I'm going to post something soon about parenting and teaching and commonalities and differences, master, apprentice, etc etc.

Hi everyone, I'm Penny and I live in Ojai in Southern-ish California. I've been taking geometry and Persian painting through the School of Traditional Arts and putting my energies into other creative pursuits. I'm so happy Vaishali is still doing online classes.
