Alexander Exhibition at British Library - Lots of Miniatures
Earlier in 2023 the British Library had an exhibition on the subject of Alexander the Great - great for history but also chock full of miniatures, some of which you may recognise. Posted here as it wasn't advertised as a miniature exhibition per se, but if you didn't manage to see it, enjoy all these miniatures. You can learn a lot from seeing the photos and the works in situ like this, things such as scale, overall look and feel of the book, etc. Enjoy!
