Finished Mughal Faces 2
So here he is my Mughal Faces 2 completed. Thank you Vaishali I learnt an awful lot about the techniques & paint. I entitled this painting “that face” because he was testing and challenging 😂 like a lot of the men in my life! 😉 but I enjoyed the process and am an improved painter because of it! 🎉 Yay! 🧡♥️💛

Type As of the world unite ;-) and learn to enjoy the journey, absolutely! Maybe it's a ceremonial shield. Gosh those Mughals were so formal!! So courtly. I'm glad that miniature painting didn't only focus on this, I like nature and all the contrasts to the royal courts... the royal courts are sublime too though.
Transferable skills haha! You never know when they might come in handy. It's amazing to see how students' prior knowledge influences their painting.
